How are we different from other services that help you find cosmetic dentists?
There is no other website like this one on the Internet. We're the only commercial dental referral service that we know of that carefully screens the dentists we list based on competence in aesthetic dentistry. Other cosmetic dentist referral websites don't check the credentials or backgrounds of the dentists on their sites and they listed dentists primarily based upon their payment of a fee. And while we do ask the dentists we list to help defray the costs of the site, most of the dentists who ask to be listed are turned down, and we only list those who can pass our rigorous screening.

Most of the dentists listed here are actually hand-picked by Dr. Hall, and the process works like this: We'll get an e-mail from a patient who wants a referral to a cosmetic dentist, and there is no one close. We will then go to our lists and we will also visit websites of dentists in the area who claim expertise in cosmetic dentistry. We may ask other known excellent cosmetic dentists for referrals. Dr. Hall will then check the educational credentials of the dentists and will examine photographs of their work. If he has questions in his mind, he will call the dentist and ask questions. |
From all this input, he will decide who he thinks is the best cosmetic dentist in the area. He will then make the referral. After this cosmetic dentist receives this referral, Dr. Hall will approach him or her about being a regular member of our referral network, and usually they will agree, because the sponsorship fee is very modest, and is designed to just cover the costs of publishing and maintaining the website.
